NOTICE OF SALE OF SELF-STORAGE UNIT CONTENTS
Pursuant to Annotated Code of Maryland, commercial
law 18-504, a PUBLIC SALE will be held at 30440 & 30470 Potomac Way, Charlotte Hall, Maryland 20622.
Auction will be held with date noted below.
The Following are in default:
- Frank Dove - Auction Date: December 20, 2025
- Amanda Zinn - Auction Date: December 20, 2025
TERMS OF SALE: Each individual unit will be sold for cash to the highest bidder. Buyer must remove all items from purchased unit the same day or make prior arrangements with management. Any default of time limit given for removal will result in additional charges. Contents of purchased unit must be totally removed from premises and unit must be swept out. Seller reserves the right to refuse any bid.
